Administrative Assistant
Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Location: Corporate Office (Orem, UT)
Answers all incoming phone calls, gives information to callers, opens and distributes mail, greets customers, compiles, scans and maintains medical records of patients. Assists Billing Department with clerical duties. Processes all out-going mail from the Billing Department (claims, statements, etc.). Performs satisfaction surveys. Assists with related special projects, as required. -

Billing Liaisons
Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm
Locations: Orem, UT (Corporate Office)
Liaison between the retail locations and the Corporate Billing Department, processes all patient paperwork for their alpha split, and obtains necessary documentation to complete orders. -
Billing Specialists

Bills customers insurance for Home Medical Equipment, works insurance denials, works old AR and answers customers billing questions. -
Customer Care Specialists
Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm & Evening On-Call
Location: Orem, UT
Delivers home medical equipment for customers in a designated service area. Duties include delivery, equipment instruction, monthly servicing of equipment, and documentation of servicing and initial set ups. -
Education Coordinator
Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm
Location: Orem, UT
Directs, coordinates and implements staff education.Plans a curriculum for each staff member that starts at time of hire and flows to being fully immersed in individual’s position. Plans a curriculum for on-going staff training. Creates and maintains a master calendar for the company with a summary of in-services, training, facility visits and audits, etc. -
In House Sales Associate
Hours: Full Time 8am-5pm
Locations: Orem, UT
Assists customers of the sale or rental of Home Medical Equipment & Supplies. Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog. Verifies insurance. Inputs customer information into computer system. -
Intake Specialist
Full Time Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pm
Location: Murray UT
Answers all incoming calls, receives orders for delivery, pick-up, discontinuance, maintenance or changes in service. Dispatches orders for delivery, pick-up, discontinuance, maintenance or changes in service to the Customer Care Specialists (CCS). Acts as a point of contact for referral sources. Build rapport and continuity with referral sources. -
Mobility Case Manager
Hours: Full Time
Location: Roy, UT
Assists Mobility Seating Specialist’s and the Billing department by processing and monitoring rehabilitation and other DME orders. Works closely with doctors and referral sources in collecting billing and medical necessity documentation. -
Mobility Outside Sales Representatives

Respiratory Outside Sales Representatives
Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm

Markets respiratory equipment and supplies to doctors, hospitals, referral sources, and patients for a designated area -
Respiratory Therapists
Hours: Full Time (both RRT and CRT)
Location: Orem, UT
Administers respiratory therapy care and support to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of cardiopulmonary system, under supervision of Physician and by prescription -
Service Technician
Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm
Location: St. George UT
Assists customers with repairs of Home Medical Equipment & Supplies. Inspects and repairs medical equipment in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Safety tests medical equipment and company's structural environment to ensure patient and staff safety from electrical or mechanical hazards. Cleans, repairs oxygen concentrators. -
Warehouse and Transfill Technicians
Hours: Part Time
Location: 1268 S 1380 W Orem, UT
Maintains warehouse, and transfill station. Transfills oxygen tanks, and assists in inventory control for the Corporate Office.
